well i haven't been studying over the past few days...i think i'm really underestimating the difficulty of Bio, Phy and Chem's MCQs..but i think i can try using my common sense, i think....

But anyway, many thanks to Elijah and Pradeep for teaching me how to use my common sense and it saved me during the Bio paper2...haha a nice paper if you ask me because that paper was created in such a way that it practically kills off those who like to memorise and memorise and those who pour over their textbooks..(yeah i mean you, Ojel and pretty much of the 4e5s)
No labelling of diagrams, no absolute recall questions. Just use your good ol' common sense can liao...good for me because i didn't have the time to study Bio at all, or rather, too lazy to do so...

But anyway, I shall return to the topic which I feel should be addressed before i leave this school. And that is : The overall designs of our school's webpage.

Basically it is shit, content wise is also damn outdated, either that or the content is not valid e.g. graduation tea ceremony's pictures are only posted for 2005...

1st flaw

The homepage is too amateurish. The backdrop shows a piece of washed out picture of the school compound. Not sure whether it's done on purpose, but it sure looks like shit.

2nd flaw

ah this is really have to address: The parent suport group(which is almost non-existent) points the visitor to 2 different pages, depending on whether the visitor clicks on the "parent support" or "group"

This seriously confuses people. And in the first place there isnt even a need for one.

3rd flaw

The links that they provide are boring and non-practical....Come on, who surfs Newslink at home other than for project work? At least provide links like engadget.com or gizmodo.com lah...seriously, it's ridiculous
And as you can see, the FYI@Swiss is seriously outdated...during the anoucements when they said they would upload .pdf formatted newsletters, they made it sound so exciting, ohh how tech-savvy the school is etc etc...

BUT, the bottom line is, who gives a fuk about the school events when people just throw the hard copy into the bins like trash? Seriously, the school really has no logic...

So please, either take down the atrocious website or hire a better web designer to do the job lar...dont skimp on such things in order to fund the Science and Technology Club(shit) for their competitions and whatsoever.

But I think i'm the dumb one here, I highly suspect that had I not brought up this matter about the school's webpage, I think none of you would have bothered :P haha

Anyway, I just found a good website for those who wants to seek a JC life.

Well basically it's a website that reviews on all the JCs in Singapore, the reviews are done by studnets, so i guess it can be trusted.
Each reviews cover several aspects like cleanliness of the toliets, number of chiobus/yandao, uniforms/canteen food etc etc.....

sian I think i gotta sleep soon, or else gotta incur sleep debts again...!


Oh ya btw I think I'll be obsessed with my nintendo DS lite after the o levels(tuesday)...so... arggh nvm.
